Cadillac's Formula 1 Team now welcomes the arrival of Colton Herta, who has won the NTT INDYCAR SERIES almost 10 times. The Cadillac Formula 1 Team has received final approval to join the Formula 1 grid in 2026. The team, who TWG Motorsports and General Motors back, will join the existing 10 teams in the grid.

 
TWG Motorsports and General Motors recently announced the formation of GM Performance Power Units LLC, a new company that aims to put Cadillac on the path of building Formula 1 vehicles and power units by the end of the decade. Industry veteran Russ O'Blenes has been named CEO of the new company.
