How Often does Cadillac Recommend an Oil Change?
Routine oil changes are essential to keep your vehicle operating well and prevent mechanical issues from developing under the hood. It is recommended that you get an oil change every 5,000 -15,000 miles (depending on the type of oil used) or 6 months. You should consult the owner's manual of your vehicle to determine the specific recommendations based on your make and model. Oil changes will extend the lifespan of your car and will allow you to avoid costly repairs. For the best recommendations on your specific vehicle, refer to your owner's manual.
When Should I Replace my Tires?
We recommend replacing your tires when there's less than 2/32" of depth left on the tread to ensure there's proper traction on the road. Tires that are older than six years old also need to be replaced. You can use a penny test as general guide (if Abe Lincoln head and hair are fully visible then rec to replace tires).

Do I Have to Pay For a Recall?
Recalls are typically covered by the manufacturer and are due to defects that are common for all makes and models of vehicles. Recalls are not a sign that the car is defective or unsafe to drive. You'll be notified of the recall with a letter or e-mail that you receive. It's important to schedule an appointment at our dealership to have the recalls repaired to avoid having to pay out of pocket if you wait too long.
Will My Warranty Cover My Repairs?
Warranties vary in their coverage and timeframe. We recommend contacting our dealership to discuss the details of your warranty to ensure the repairs are covered. Most mechanical issues that develop are covered if they're not due to damage or negligence.
What Services Does Your Maintenance Department Cover?
The different services that our service department covers include oil changes, tire rotation, battery replacements, brake repair or replacement, visual inspections, alignment, air filter replacements, windshield repair, auto glass repair, AC repair, and more.
