What's New for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade?

The 2025 model year brings some updates for the Escalade, which already stands out in the crowd. This year's Escalade has some technology updates, primarily adding a large 55-inch display screen that extends across the dashboard. The Escalade also has some styling refreshments that are borrowed from its cousin, the IQ EV. The Escalade also lost the diesel engine as its list of power options this year.

What Are the 2025 Escalade Trims & Features?

There are several trims available in the Cadillac Escalade lineup this year.

The base model is the Luxury, which has 22-inch wheels and synthetic leather seats. A keyless entry system and remote start are standard. Heated seats in the front and second row are standard for comfort. There are also three climate control zones for individual temperature control by row. A hands-free liftgate, along with synthetic leather seats, is standard. For technology, the base model starts with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charging, and a 19-speaker AKG Studio sound system.

Second is the Premium Luxury, which adds a panoramic sunroof and leather seats. The front seats are heated and ventilated, and this trim adds a head-up display.

The Premium Luxury Platinum has adaptive air suspension and soft-close doors. The front seats have a massaging function and more adjustments. The sound system has 36 speakers and Bluetooth compatibility, and the rear seat has its own entertainment system.

The next top trims, which are the Sport and Sport Platinum, have essentially the same features as the Premium Luxury Platinum but slightly different exterior amenities, including black wheels and glossy black trim accents.

The Escalade V is the top of the line, with Brembo brakes, a performance-tuned air suspension system, and custom driving modes.

A package that adds a 40-speaker sound system, dual wireless charging pads, and dual 12.6-inch touchscreen displays is available.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 Escalade Have?

Most trim levels are powered by a 6.2L V8 engine that generates up to 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

The Escalade V has a supercharged V8 engine capable of 682 horsepower and 652 pound-feet of torque.

All-wheel drive and a 10-speed automatic transmission are standard.
