2024 Cadillac LYRIQ Tech vs Luxury
The tech trim starts off the newest LYRIQ trim lineup this year and includes incredible luxury features like its 33" diagonal advanced LED display and authentic aluminum accents. It's an amazing way to start out a luxury sedan's design. However, a second trim after the Tech throws in features like 26-color LED ambient interior lighting and Galvano chrome finishes on its exterior. Every single trim this year is luxurious and done in a way that only Cadillac is capable of.
Performance
The Tech kicks off the whole show with a 340-horsepower performance. The Luxury also gets this powertrain, but a stronger 500-horsepower engine can be equipped when you add all-wheel drive to these trims. However, performance and feeling can differ between these two because they come with different mechanical features. For example, the Luxury comes with the option for 22-inch wheels. Bigger wheels sometimes enhance performance.
Appearance
Each Cadillac LYRIQ comes with a basic build: 196.7 inches of length, 86.9 inches of width, and 63.9 inches of height. The Tech starts things off with an elegant fixed-glass roof with a power interior sunshade and a front Cadillac Crest. The Luxury adds choreographed exterior lighting and a rear spoiler with a cross-car LED light bar, which changes its appearance and adds some oomph to the Luxury. This trim also has more available features, such as its available black-painted roof.
Features
These two trims share some features in common and would be something the average American would leap at the chance to own. However, the Luxury is distinct in its PaperWood interior and a greater number of interior upholsteries to choose from. For example, both come with Noir Inteluxe seating, but the Luxury offers perforated inserts and options like Santorini Blue accents and Dark PaperWood surround. You won't find those choices on the Tech.
