Specs at a Glance

If you want a large SUV with all the space you can get, the 2021 Cadillac ESV is a perfect option. The Cadillac ESV is essentially an extended version of the Cadillac Escalade. It has a longer wheelbase than the regular Escalade, which gives everyone more room on the inside. The Escalade ESV has an exceptionally spacious back row following its redesign in 2021. With the Escalade ESV, you will now have more standard safety technology to enjoy, including Super Cruise technology, which is Cadillac's semi-autonomous driving technology. The ESV is made in multiple trim levels. Two that stand out as good options, in particular, are the Luxury, which is the base trim with many great standard features, and the Luxury Platinum trim level, which adds on even more bells and whistles.

Several options are available for performance with the 2021 Escalade ESV if you get either the Luxury or Premium Luxury trim. The Escalade ESV has a 6.2L V8 engine as its base engine, although you can opt for a diesel engine as well. The base engine gives the Escalade ESV a respectable power output of 420 HP and 460 LB-FT for torque. The standard drivetrain is rear-wheel drive with the base engine, but you can also choose to get four-wheel drive if you want superior traction and handling capabilities. The other engine available for both trim levels is a 3.0L diesel that has a six-cylinder configuration. With the diesel engine, you will get up to 277 HP for power. The diesel engine delivers 460 LB-FT of torque. An independent rear suspension system is an outstanding quality of the 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV, and it also has superior tow ratings.

A stylish exterior is the first thing that you'll notice with the Cadillac ESV. The Cadillac ESV now has a larger and more prominent front grille following its design update for 2021. Additionally, the ESV has signature lighting elements on the front end with horizontal lights. It also has chrome accents along the sides for a dramatic look. The Luxury trim also has unique glossy black accents and special trim-specific wheels.

Leather upholstery is standard with the Cadillac ESV in 2021. It also has three-zone climate control. Keyless entry and ignition are standard, and the Cadillac also has a remote start. Heated seats in front and heated outboard seats are standard, and you'll get wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Premium Luxury has some added interior highlights, including a leather-wrapped center console and leather trim on the door panels.
