2021 Cadillac CT4 & CT4-V

What's New For the 2021 Cadillac CT4 & CT4-V?

After making its debut last year, the Cadillac CT4/CT4-V returns for 2021 with a few key updates. A new 12.0-inch digital gauge display is now on the sedan's list of options. Another significant change is the CT4's newly standard safety technologies, which include automatic emergency braking. Cadillac's exclusive Super Cruise Control, which can automatically steer the car, has arrived as well. Drivers seeking a special look will be interested in the new Diamond Sky Edition package. Besides adding a sleek lower body kit and unique wheels, it also covers the interior with two-tone leather upholstery.

2021 CT4/CT4-V Trims & Features

A total of four trims are offered: Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series. Even the entry-level Luxury trim is loaded with a lot of equipment. Cadillac's standard CUE infotainment system features an 8.0-inch color touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. Other notable features found on the Luxury trim include a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless Bluetooth, and satellite radio.

Aside from giving you access to a more powerful engine, the Premium Luxury trim also receives larger 18-inch alloy wheels and leather seating surfaces. Another step up the trim ladder is the Sport trim, which features a rear spoiler and tinted taillights. On the inside, you'll find sport seats and magnesium shift paddles.

The most powerful model in the lineup is the CT4-V. A sports-tuned suspension and a limited-slip differential take handling to the next level. To elevate the sound of your music, Cadillac equips the CT4-V with an 11-speaker Bose premium audio system.

2020 Cadillac CT4/CT4-V Horsepower

A 2.0-liter, turbo four-cylinder engine comes standard. It's rated to develop a competitive 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. Drivers seeking stronger acceleration can opt for a larger 2.7-liter, turbo four-cylinder engine. Output increases to 310 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. Along with the extra muscle comes a 10-speed automatic transmission. Although the racy CT4-V model uses the same powertrain, special tuning enables it to develop 325 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque.

CT4/CT4-V Safety

For 2021, Cadillac has bolstered the sedan's safety by adding more standard accident-avoidance technologies. The list includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, a Safety Alert Seat, and forward collision alert. Standard Teen Driver technology gives parents an extra degree of control.
