Cadillac owners are used to luxurious vehicles with a classy and upscale driving experience. While Cadillac drivers typically enjoy luxury on the road, they can now enjoy an equally top-notch experience while staying comfortably parked. For a limited time, those who appreciate fine dining can enjoy a unique combination of a premium dining experience in the back of a Cadillac through the brand's 'Cadillac of Reservations' program.
What is 'Cadillac of Reservation'?
'Cadillac of Reservations' is a new program offered by Cadillac and select dining establishments across the US. The program allows consumers to enjoy a meal at one of the nation's top restaurants in the backseat of a Cadillac. Specifically, guests can savor a multi-course meal in the back row of a Cadillac Escalade IQ, which is a full-size luxury SUV with all the benefits of a traditional Escalade plus electric power driving capabilities. Guests can explore the new Escalade IQ's features throughout the meal, including listening to the Escalade IQ's premium audio system with songs selected for each course of the meal. Diners can also take advantage of the Escalade IQ's luxurious seats that are covered with quality materials and have integrated creature comforts like heating, cooling, and massaging functions.
Cadillac launched the program early in 2025 with a partnership in New York City called 'Cadillac X COQODAQ.' Cadillac invited several consumers to participate in the pilot program to enjoy world-renowned culinary dishes from COQODAQ, a prestigious NYC restaurant, in the back of an Escalade IQ. Guests sampled a five-course meal while enjoying an immersive sound system, captain's seats, and a virtual fireplace display through the Cadillac's large infotainment display.
Given the program's initial success, Cadillac decided to expand the elite dining experience to more cities and restaurants nationwide. The automaker has announced plans to partner with La Dolce Vita, a premier Italian restaurant in Beverley Hills, CA, State Bird Provisions, a San Francisco-based restaurant, and COTE Korean Steakhouse in Miami, FL. These partnerships will occur throughout the year 2025.
About the Cadillac Escalade IQ
The Cadillac Escalade IQ is a premium luxury SUV with seven seats. It features captain's chairs in the back row, so the cabin has plenty of room for passengers to ride comfortably. The Escalade IQ has a large 55” LED touchscreen interface, Google-based driving technology, and an estimated range of up to 460 miles.
